Our guide will need you outside the arrival hall at Chengdu Airport and then transfer you to register in the hotel.
Overnight in Chengdu (3 star hotel)
You will begin the tour today with a visit to Panda Feeding Base, which located in Northern Chengdu and host dozens of Pandas. You can see baby Panda, sub-adult Panda and adult Panda there. In the afternoon, you will go to a city called Leshan, which is about 200km away from Chengdu by 2 hours express highway driving. Leshan is famous for this would cultural heritage site, the Giant Buddha, which is the biggest seating Buddhist cliff caved image in the world. Watch the Buddhist image by cruise. Drive back to Chengdu in late afternoon.
Overnight in Chengdu (3 star hotel)
Fly from Chengdu to Lhasa in the early morning, you will arrive in Lhasa airport at about 9:30am. Then spend 1 hour on the way from airport to down town. The sightseeing can be started after lunch.
Afternoon section visiting to the holist temple in Tibet, the Johkang Temple, built during songtsen gonpo's reign by princess wencheng of tang dynasty, 647 A.D, and its famous Barkor Kora, where you can buy or appreciate traditional Tibetan artifacts, religious implements, antiques, books, Tibetan music instrument, Thangkas, and tradition tibetan clothes etc. you will have chance to get close to appreciate how the artists draw Thangkas at the Thakangka workroom at Barkor.

Morning section to visit the famous Potala palace and explore the grandest of this myriad chapels, you will experience its audience halls, the jeweled and Golden burial chortens(stupa Tombs) of past Dalai Lamas, and tremendous number of Buddhist frescoes, thangkas, combinations of mandala etc. Tibet Museum is an important window to introduce the glorious culture of Tibet, as a free Museum in Lhasa, you should not miss it. the Norbulingla,which is the Summer Palace of Dalai Lama is nearby Tibet Museum, it is the representatives of Tibetan Garden landscape, the chapels and the palace of Dalai Lama are well preserved here.

Today, you will visit two important monasteries in Lhasa, the Drepung and the Sera. Drepung monastery is situated at the foothill of a mountain and was founded by Jamyang Choeje in 1416. It was once home of 10000 monks and Ganden podrang in Drepung is famous it was the government centre during fifth dalai lama and later moved to the famous potala palace during fifth dalai lama. then you will visit the Carpet Factory, you can see how the world-famous Tibetan carpets are made. After having lunch, continue to visit the Sera Monastery, which was founded in 1419 by Tsongkapa's disciple Jamchen Choeje. The most attractive is that Monks debiting is held there in the courtyard at around 5 in the afternoon section most of the time.

The driver will take you from down town to airport 3 hours before the departure; end the service when seeing you off at the airport.
If your flight is in the afternoon, the morning would be free for you to explore the Barkor Street to do some shopping or go to coffee to spend the leisure time. The driver will pick you up after lunch.
